How We Select Our Staff
At Alpha Angels, we don’t “hire.”

1. The Referral Network: Our Underground Railroad of Great Workers
Most of our staff come through referrals—because apparently our clients and caregivers run a whole secret society where they whisper,
“Go to Alpha Angels… they’re picky, but it’s worth it.”
If your name reaches us through this network, just know someone vouched for you at Beyoncé-level intensity.
2. The Screening: We Turn Into the CIA + HR + Your Grandma
We don’t play.
Background check? ✔
Credentials? ✔
Reference calls? ✔
We will CALL the references until somebody’s phone vibrates off the table.
We’ve uncovered things people forgot they did.
We have questions people didn’t know could be asked.
We investigate harder than people searching for who stole their Uber Eats.
3. Skills Test: Show Us Your Superpowers
If you claim you can cook: great—show us you can boil water without causing trauma.
If you say you can lift 50 lbs: please don’t pull a muscle in the lobby.
If you promise you’re good with people: prove it without rolling your eyes once.
We test your skills like we’re judging the finals of “America’s Got Caregiving Talent.”
4. Personality Check: We’re Looking for Angels, Not Drama
Nice people only. Kind people only. Honest people only. Honorable people only. Loving people only. Emotionally stable people only.
If someone walks in with toxic energy, chaotic vibes, or customer-service-on-their-last-day attitude…
We smile, thank them, and block them spiritually.
5. Matching: We Play Cupid With Clipboards
Matching staff to clients is basically our love language.
We study personalities like zodiac charts.
We match energy levels like we’re pairing up best friends.
We will NOT set you up with someone who argues with microwaves.
6. Ongoing Monitoring: We Don’t Disappear, We Hover
After placement, we check in like a nosy auntie:
“Everything good? Need anything? Anybody acting up?”
We collect feedback, we follow up, we make adjustments—because excellence isn’t a one-time event; it's a lifestyle.

Let’s get one thing straight: everyone here is legal. You don’t have to worry about ICE agents beating down your door like it’s an episode of Cops.
Sure, ICE might make a scene (because, well… that’s ICE for you). But eventually, even they have to back off. Or, as Moses himself would say: “Let my people go!”
Why? Because our team members are fully authorized to work in the U.S. and have passed extensive background checks, NO MATTER THEIR NATIONALITY OR RACE.
And just so you know, our founder was in the military and, to raise the bar even higher, is Jamaican-born, AND raised by Jamaicans. If you know Jamaicans, you know their life goal is setting standards so high that even they can’t always reach them.
