Caregiver Recruitment & Onboarding Support

• Crafting, refining, and posting tailored caregiver opportunity announcements on behalf of the client

• Conducting preliminary prescreens to help the client identify strong candidates

• Assisting clients in organizing and preparing for their in-person interviews

• Guiding clients through their caregiver’s onboarding paperwork and required documentation

Caregiver Coordination Support

• Helping the client structure and maintain caregiver schedules

• Supporting the client in collecting and organizing caregiver training records

• Providing tools and guidance for the client to perform skills checks or competency reviews

• Offering ongoing support as clients supervise their own caregivers, while maintaining the client as the employer of record

Community & Resource Navigation

• Helping clients identify, access, and connect with appropriate community services and resources
  (Excluding Day Program–related services)

Employment & Life Skills Support

• Assisting clients in exploring and planning potential employment opportunities

• Resume development and formatting support

• Guidance with job search strategies and identifying suitable roles

• Support with completing job applications

• Interview preparation, role-playing, and confidence-building sessions

Communication & Advocacy Support

• Acting as a communication bridge to help clients relay information to medical providers, community partners, or other supports

• Helping clients prepare questions, updates, or concerns to discuss with care teams

Quality of Care Oversight Support

• Offering routine check-ins to help clients monitor the quality, consistency, and reliability of the caregivers they manage

• Providing recommendations and tools that empower clients to improve overall care outcomes
